30-Day Returns on Unopened Products

Changed your mind? Return any unopened product in its original sealed packaging within 30 days for a full refund. We provide a free returns label.

Conditions:

- Product unopened, with original tamper-evident seal intact
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Original outer packaging where applicable
- Proof of purchase

Hygiene Note

Once a product seal is broken, we cannot accept it for return under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. This protects all our customers.

How to Return

1. Email hello@feonixskinlab.co.uk with your order number
2. We'll send you a free Royal Mail Tracked 48 returns label
3. Pack the unopened product in its original packaging
4. Drop off at any Post Office or Royal Mail collection point

Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receipt and inspection.

Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days for a free replacement or full refund — including original shipping costs.

Email hello@feonixskinlab.co.uk with:

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the damage where possible

Adverse Reactions

If you experience an adverse reaction to a product, please stop use immediately and contact us at hello@feonixskinlab.com. We review every reported reaction individually and will respond within 1 working day.

Your Rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
