Express Delivery

- £6.95 flat rate
- 1–2 working days from dispatch

When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Orders placed before 2pm GMT on a working day are dispatched the same day where possible.

Weekend and bank holiday orders are processed on the next working day.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details when your order leaves our fulfilment centre.

Where Are Orders Dispatched From?

Feonix SkinLab products are dispatched directly from our European fulfilment centre. This ensures product freshness, integrity, and supports our small-batch production approach.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking link will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. You can also track your order through your Feonix SkinLab account.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, contact us at hello@feonixskinlab.co.uk with your order number and we'll resolve it immediately.
