All products are intended for cosmetic use as directed. We make every effort to display product information accurately, but actual products may vary slightly in appearance. Product images are illustrative.

3. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the products. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. At that point, a contract is formed between us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of:
- Product unavailability
- Errors in pricing or product information
- Suspected fraud
- Failure to meet eligibility criteria

If we cancel an order, we will refund you in full.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, except for sealed cosmetic products that have been opened (hygiene exemption).

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and product information — is owned by or licensed to Feonix SkinLab and is protected by UK and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
