TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Feonix SkinLab. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of feonixskinlab.co.uk (the "Site") and your purchase of products from us.

By accessing or using the Site, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. ABOUT US

Feonix SkinLab is a trading name of FA CLINIC LTD ("we", "us", "our"), registered in England and Wales under company number 14652929. Our registered office is 15 Little Park Street, Coventry, United Kingdom, CV1 2RN.

2. PRODUCTS

Feonix SkinLab products are clinical-grade skincare formulations developed alongside our aesthetics clinic, Feonix Aesthetics, and produced in audited European manufacturing facilities to EU cosmetic safety standards.

All products are intended for cosmetic use as directed. We make every effort to display product information accurately, but actual products may vary slightly in appearance. Product images are illustrative.

3. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the products. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. At that point, a contract is formed between us.

Checking and correcting your order. Before you place your order you can check and correct it in your basket at any time — change the quantity of any item, or remove an item entirely. The order summary at checkout shows the items, the delivery cost and the total you will pay, and you can return to your basket to change it before paying. No contract is formed and no payment is taken until you complete the payment step.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of:
- Product unavailability
- Errors in pricing or product information
- Suspected fraud
- Failure to meet eligibility criteria

If we cancel an order, we will refund you in full.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£). The price shown is the price you pay. FA CLINIC LTD is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on your order and we cannot issue a VAT invoice.

Payment is taken at the point of order by debit or credit card, processed by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.

We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy. If a pricing error is identified after an order is placed, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

5. DELIVERY

We deliver to United Kingdom addresses only, by DPD. Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are dispatched that day, and delivery takes 1-2 working days from dispatch. See our Delivery page for costs and full details.

6. RIGHT TO CANCEL & RETURNS

See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details of your right to cancel and return products.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day you (or someone you name) receive the goods. You do not need to give a reason. To cancel, tell us at hello@feonixskinlab.co.uk before the 14 days expire; you then have a further 14 days to return the goods, and we refund within 14 days of receiving them back.

Exception — sealed goods. The right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery. Our skincare products are supplied with a tamper-evident seal. If you break that seal, you lose the right to cancel that item. This does not affect unopened items in the same order, and it does not affect your rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and product information — is owned by or licensed to Feonix SkinLab and is protected by UK and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

8. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site
- Reproduce or copy product content for use elsewhere

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or special losses
- Loss of profit, business, or anticipated savings
- Damage caused by use of products contrary to the instructions provided

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law

10. PRODUCT SAFETY & USE

Our products are formulated for cosmetic use as directed. Always:
- Read product instructions before use
- Patch test before first application, especially if you have sensitive skin
- Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs
- Follow stated treatment compatibility guidance

11. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (including Feonix Aesthetics). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these third-party sites.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent version. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. COMPLAINTS

If something has gone wrong, email hello@feonixskinlab.co.uk with your order number and we will acknowledge within 3 working days and aim to resolve within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with our response you may be able to refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution provider, or seek advice from Citizens Advice on 0808 223 1133.

16. COSMETIC PRODUCT RESPONSIBLE PERSON

The Responsible Person for these products on the Great Britain market, as required by the UK Cosmetics Regulation, is:
