A clinical oil-to-milk cleanser formulated to remove makeup, sunscreen, and surface debris while supporting barrier integrity and a comfortable, healthy-looking complexion.

Active Profile
Plant-Derived Cleansing Oil Blend — dissolves sebum, mineral SPF, and lipid-soluble debris without surfactant aggression; emulsifies on contact with water for clean rinse-off
Non-Ionic Emulsifiers — convert the oil phase to a milk for thorough removal without disrupting the skin barrier

Application
Apply 2–3 pumps to dry skin. Massage gently across face, eyes, and neck. Add warm water to emulsify, then rinse thoroughly. Use morning and evening.

All orders placed on the Feonix SkinLab online are uniquely packaged by Feonix and delivered in the United Kingdom (exclusions apply). Feonix SkinLab is pleased to offer complimentary Next Day Delivery, unless specified at checkout. Feonix SkinLab offers the following delivery options: Next Day Delivery and Clinic Collection from our Coventry clinic.
All delivery options are subject to availability and will display according to your shipping address postcode entered. Delivery service prices are subject to change.
WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICIES?
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you wish to return the Product(s), you can return all or part of your order within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. Please firstly contact our team at hello@feonixskinlab.co.uk to initiate your return, and pack your item(s) carefully in original or appropriate alternative packaging. If you wish to cancel your return, please contact our Client Care team at +44 (0) 333 772 1277.
DPD drop-off — see your nearest DPD drop-off location.
• If you select the printed label method, please print and attach the return label to the outside of your parcel.
• If you opt for the QR code method, simply show your QR code email to the DPD store assistant who will print your postage label.
Return at our Coventry clinic — Please bring your package and the digital return slip to our Feonix SkinLab clinic.

For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for refund, even if unused. Please include all complimentary samples and gifts when returning your order.
If the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the returned products. Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in the event that your order was delayed, lost or damaged in transit.
We regret that due to DPD restrictions, we are unable to offer this Online Return Service to all locations.
